Tulum–Cobá Road
Gran Cenote
Clear, shallow pools linked by caverns, with turtles and easy snorkeling.
Overview
Two connected cavern pools famous with divers, with crystal-clear blue light.
Dos Ojos, the two eyes, is a pair of sinkholes joined by one of the longest underwater cave systems in the world. Snorkelers float above stalactites lit by shafts of sunlight while divers disappear into the passages below.
It sits inside a community-run park north of Tulum with several smaller cenotes on the same ticket.
